Welcome! For those of you who are new to our website, my name is Deborah, and I'm the founder of Sacred Self LLC (Center for Crystal Attunement & Healing Arts).
I've been a reiki master for over 20 years and have been working with crystals for longer than that, yet I would not call myself a "healer." I see myself as a lightworker who channels energy and uses it to help remove interferences in your energetic field that could prevent you from experiencing your true self and natural state of vibrant bliss.
One of the beautiful things about distance work is that you have the opportunity to be in your own home, in your most comfortable clothes and surroundings. This allows you to begin to associate your personal living space as a place of deep relaxation and healing. We often tend to look outside of ourselves for healing, but true healing always comes from inside ourselves. This method of distance crystal reiki helps integrate that mindset.
Depending on the crystals I'm using, you may experience periods of warmth or cooling, so it's best to be prepared. I begin each session with a guided relaxation meditation using ancient Tibetan singing bowls. This period of deep relaxation helps dissolve barriers and makes the session more effective. During the session, I use reiki and several different crystal healing modalities on diagrams, photos, and proxy crystals, as if you were in the room with me. It's amazing how often my clients report they can feel what I'm doing and even see the colors of the stones! I can't say I fully understand how it happens, only that it does.
I have done distance Crystal Reiki Energy Session for people across the United States as well as around the world in places like France, the UK, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, the Bahamas and Costa Rica. Energy knows no boundaries! Similarly to how we can talk on the phone anywhere in the world and you can hear my voice as if we were in the same room, reiki and crystal energy can be sent through the etheric field so you can experience it like we were in the same room!

You might be wondering "What can I expect when I book my distance crystal reiki energy session?" , well I start by getting general information about you and your challenges so I can design a session (or series of sessions) to fit your personal needs. A lot of time and love goes into preparing the proxy crystal grid setups; the actual session lasts about an hour. During the session I ask that you be well hydrated, in comfortable clothing, and able to lie down with your phone on speaker or using a headset. It is also a good idea to have a pillow or bolster for under your knees and a blanket handy.
